Active Members

$140 US for World Bank-classified High-income/OECD countries
$25 US for World Bank-classified Low- and Middle-income countries.

Qualifications and Privileges

  • Include physicians, epidemiologists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, social scientists and other professionals at the Masters or Doctoral level as well as those individuals with professional equivalence who have been actively engaged in the research or clinical aspects of psycho-oncology.
  • Active members have the right to vote and are eligible for election to office in the Society.

Application Requirements

  • A short biosketch of your qualifications is to be submitted as part of the online application process (biosketch can be submitted in any language) OR a CV is required with application (CV in English. Please try to limit to no more than five (5) pages)

Associate Members

  • Eligible to receive the tangible benefits of membership in IPOS, as may be established from time to time by the Board of Directors.
  • Do not have voting privileges and are not eligible to hold office.

Early Career Psycho-Oncology Professionals (ECPP)

$25 US for all Early Career professionals from all countries.

Qualifications and Privileges

  • A psycho-oncology professional who within three years of his/her ultimate degree and is a practicing professional.
  • ECPP members have the right to vote and are eligible for election to office in the Society

Application Requirements

  • Pay Early Career member fees
  • Confirm within three years of his/her ultimate degree and is a practicing professional. period past final degree.
  • No bio-sketch or CV required with application

    Members-in-Training (Student)

    $25 US for all Members-in-Training from all countries.

    Qualifications and Privileges

    • Individuals who are in training to become physicians (PhD students), epidemiologists, psychologists, nurses, social workers and social scientists.
    • Eligible to receive the tangible benefits of membership in IPOS, as may be established from time to time by the Board of Directors.
    • Do not have voting privileges and are not eligible to hold office.
