Apply for a 2025 IPOS Membership

Join the International Psycho-Oncology Society (IPOS) for 2025 and receive the valuable benefits afforded to our members.

IPOS Membership is based on a calendar year — membership is only valid from the time of application through 31 December of the same year*. Renewal invoices are distributed at the end of each calendar year for the next year’s dues. Membership fees are NOT pro-rated. Membership is with the individual and is not transferable.

* Note, membership applications and renewals received between October 1 to December 31 will grant individuals membership until December 31 of the following year.

To apply for IPOS Membership*:

1. Review IPOS Member Benefits.
   
2. Determine which Membership Classification suits your professional experience and location.
   
3. Click here to join or renew your 2025 IPOS membership online.

* Please note for new and upgrading members:

• Membership applications and upgrades can be accepted at any time, but are sent to the Membership Committee for review at the start of each month. The full process can take up to six weeks. Applications for membership and member rate registrations for the World Congress of Psycho-Oncology can be accepted simultaneously but only if payment for both is received at the same time.
• For Active Membership, you must must provide a short biosketch of your qualifications (any language is fine) when applying online OR submit curriculum vitae (CV in english only) via email, fax or regular mail to the contact information at the bottom of this page. If the biosketch or CV is not sent in a timely fashion, the application will be processed for Associate membership.
• For the reduced Member-in-Training (Student) Membership rate, you must send a copy of the Member-in-Training Letter that your Academic Advisor or Department Chair has completed via email, fax or regular mail to the contact information at the bottom of this page.
  
• Applicants for Early Career Professional Membership will be contacted to provide their last year of training.
  
• Associate Membership does not require a biosketch, CV or letter.
