Call for manuscripts – Digital technologies and cancer survivorship

journalDigital technologies, including eHealth applications, online interventions and telecare are having a significant impact on how many chronic illnesses are evaluated, treated and managed over time. Journal of Cancer Survivorship is seeking papers for a Special Section (4-6 papers) of the journal that showcases how technology is changing the landscape of quality health care from evaluation to long-term survivorship.

We are looking for original research papers (qualitative, quantitative, mixed methodology), or systematic or meta analytic reviews addressing a unique technological advance that improves or has the potential to improve the health, quality of health care, function, health behaviour and/ or well-being of cancer survivors post primary treatment for cancer. We are particularly interested in manuscripts that evaluate novel digital/electronic/online interventions for supporting cancer survivorship.

All manuscripts must follow the author instructions posted on the journal website http://www.springer.com/public+health/journal/11764 and uploaded using the Journal’s Editorial Manager. A covering letter stating that the submission is to be considered for the ‘Digital technologies and cancer survivorship’ special section is also required.

Deadline for submissions is FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 2016. Please contact the Guest Editors below with any enquiries:
